I Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate Kaylin. My 92 year old mother is now in the care of Spring Valley and my heartbreak over her condition was lessened considerably by Kaylin. Her combination of expertise and compassion is rare. I am sure you must be aware of what a tremendous asset she is to your team.
